At Andbalanced, we want you to feel as good as you look; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the return shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
